Terms of service

By placing an order on saidassweets.com, you agree to the following terms:


 

1. Made-to-Order & Custom Items

All products are made to order and many are custom-designed. Because of the nature of our products:

  • All sales are final.

  • No cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed.

  • Custom items cannot be resold and are non-refundable.

Please double-check all spelling, design selections, and personalization details before placing your order.

 

2. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.


If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missing apartment/unit number

  • Undeliverable location

The customer must pay a reshipping fee to have the order sent again.


No refunds will be issued for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

3. Shipping & Carrier Delays

Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or other shipping carriers.

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Lost packages

  • Weather delays

  • Carrier scanning issues

  • Damaged packages caused by the carrier - (We can remake your order for the items that were damaged by the carrier, most provide proof within 24 hours after order was placed to receive replacement)

If an issue occurs, we will gladly help you file a claim with the carrier.

 

4. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

Filing a chargeback for an order that was properly shipped and delivered (or returned due to incorrect address) will result in being permanently banned from future purchases.

Chargebacks negatively impact small businesses. We always work with our customers to resolve issues fairly.

If there is ever an error on our end, we will make it right.

 

5. Rush Fees

A rush fee is a separate listing that must be added to your cart.


A rush fee:

  • Prioritizes your order over others

  • Does NOT include upgraded shipping

If you need faster delivery, you must also select Priority or Express shipping at checkout.

 

 

6. Edible Products & Handling


Edible products should be stored properly and handled carefully. We are not responsible for improper storage after delivery. Product comes with care instructions

 

 

7. Agreement

 

By purchasing from Saida’s Sweets Supplies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
