SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

All items from Saida’s Sweets are custom made to order and produced specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address, we are unable to issue a refund.
If a package is returned for this reason, we will gladly reship the order once the correct address is provided. The customer will be responsible for purchasing a new shipping label for reshipment.

CUSTOM MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
All products are made to order and created specifically for each customer. For this reason, refunds are not offered for returned packages, incorrect addresses, failure to receive a package, or change of mind after an order has been placed.

SHIPPING CARRIER & DELIVERY
Once an order has been shipped and dropped off with USPS or the selected shipping carrier, Saida’s Sweets is no longer responsible for shipping delays, transit issues, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the carrier. Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

If your tracking shows delays, in transit status, or delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for assistance.
